Are we creatures of nature or have we discarded that human bond with the natural world? It is the natural world upon which our survival depends, is it not? Are we the only beings that destroy our living environment and therefore risk our future? What kind of creatures are we and where do we come from? Throughout man's history and intertwined throughout a myriad of cultures and belief systems are hints at those who came from far off. Many today including scientists and great minds consider existing, known, evidence regarding the possibility of alien contact in both the past and present. Without government obstruction we would know the truth and it is time for some truth.
The 'War of the World's' response would not be repeated. Remarkably, humankind could handle the truth and might have lots to learn from contact. Undoubtedly racism would reach new heights but despite those who show fear through ignorance perhaps, they, our forefathers(?), would help us save the planet from ourselves and restore the natural balance. Greater minds than ours might be able to offer knowledge we have not yet attained. They have been with us in varying degrees since we existed. Merely an opinion but one that evolved after much thought and consideration. It seems only logical that we, as human beings are remarkably different yet, we are remarkably alike. Physical differences and individuality make us unique while our thoughts and imaginations differ and provide creativity and challenge. Each is a gift to be honoured. I degress.
Think about cultures from the past, pictographs, myths, architecture, religions, astronomy and some of our greatest predictions include alien visits, sightings and contact.
Is it possible that angels are visitors from world's beyond or those strange lights that dart at tremendous speeds across the sky could be dimensional travellors. What are animal mutilations and why are they still happening, why do so many people report sightings including 'credible' witnesses such as the military, police officers and governors? Many of man's holy books and beliefs center on a God, angels, prophets and other entities who offer cautions, warnings and foretell future occurences. They were sent by someone or something. For all of the different customs, religious dogma and practice the worship of God, no matter the name, is paramount.
Over time man has worshipped Zeus, Odin, Jesus, Buda, Ra, the Creator, Mohammed, and many, many others. Is it possible holy books and holy men and great men with vision were messengers from alien world's attempting to help an immature planet grow strong and of benefit to the universe. Perhaps we are their colonists and were sent to ensure race continuance and manifest destiny but needed the guidance offered in religious dogma to ensure enough unity to survive.  Archaeology has discovered many examples of potential alien sites. Stonehedge, Easter Island statues, Nasca Lines, pictographs in numerous parts of the world, crop circles, Area 51, Bermuda Triangle and many others. Unexplained sightings, stories both past and present, personal experiences, historical events and even paintings throughout time contain obvious suggestions of something alien. There are too many questions, too many unexplained experiences and too many examples throughout history and throughout the human psyche to disregard the fact that something is going on.
It seems as though we are being prepared for something. Many television shows center around the possible future and many include interaction with aliens of various races all different in their physical appearance. Are we being anestitized to what is coming. When the human mind is programmed enough will governments around the world announce the truth to us. Is the proliferation of media discourse about alien potential and increases in knowledge about sightings a result of an attempt to prepare us for the enivitable. It might just coincide with a general rejection by humanity for the organized religions of the past and a desire for more balanced and realistic awareness of our universe, the dimensions of life and the great potential for exploration and improvement. If we are to discover the truth about the Spinx, the celestial world, the 12 skulls, the answers to our questions, the location of Atlantis, secrets long held and mysteries that have always baffled us we must open our minds and hearts to every possibility.
Once man has accepted what he watches on televsion and in movies it will be an easy transition from the ignorant to the worldly. It is arrogant to believe we are they only sentient beings in the whole universe and one can only hope to live long enough to learn the whole truth.
