As I ponder the point of life I am confused. What is the point? Are we here to please a foreign or alien being, are we the pieces of a giant universal game board? Do those who go before us use us to their pleasure? Do the greatest minds of the past experiment with us to prove and disprove their theories or, are we just here? Is there a point - i think not as we can imagine or make-up. It is so far beyond our comprehension that a mortal mind could never comprehend or absorbe the reality of our existence. Only democracy, freedom and the availability of embibements makes it tollerable. To a point.
Be assured Gianfranco there is no lack of comprehension on my part. It is seemingly obvious you need to be educated as you have misunderstood the questions posed. Go Egypt!!
Dictators and despots beware - your end is near. We have the priviledge of witnessing the re-birth of an ancient civilization once the world's greatest and most advanced. Libyia, Syria, Iran, Saudi Arabia, may soon follow and with luck the days of the elite few ruling the many are soon to end. Feed the people and forsake your personal greed and lust for power. Mubarak, the Faud family and the rest of the Middle Eastern despots will fall. Time is on the people's side as they have suffered and done without for far too long while their self-appointed leaders rape and pilage resources meant for the people. Democracy Rules. Once democracy prevails,we can more toward the ideal which is a world without government, laws, rules or regulations that restrict and confine the human spirit. Anarchy is the final outcome. Unfortunately, it will take as many centuries to reach that ideal as it has and will continue to take to reach universal democracy.
As inconceivable as it may be Gianfranco, What you do and do not care about is of no concern to me. However, your admission that you care about the 'history' rather than the people is both sad and intriguing. The people will do whatever they like and thank the Creator for the inate ability to think.
Chaos within the realm of mankind, climate change, the crumbling of the church, violent physical and environmental upheavel, alterations in the sky, increased violence amongst men all contribute to a potential change. Entire species disappear never to appear again and drastic man-made pollution of the universal gene pool has ensured the haste and necessity for a re-birth of humanity and its soul. Greed,ego,the demand for instant gradification and the oppressive all consuming self-absorption most revel in, are, in combination, responsible for our inevitable demise. What follows is most fascinating, exciting and potentially wonderful. Let good fortune prevail to ensure man does not fuck this chance up.
